Hello and welcome to another one of our reviews. Today, we will be looking over the Omega NC900 HDC 6th Generation Nutrition Center Electric Juicer.
Apart from having one of the largest model names ever, this juicer has a lot more up for offer for you. Let’s start probing this juicer and see what’s good!
Introduction and Technical Specifications of Omega NC900
The Omega NC900 is probably the only juicer you will ever need to get the best out of your fruits and vegetables due to its hand in versatility. It is sharp enough to juice thin, leafy produce while simultaneously being strong enough to juice hard, crunchy fruits and vegetables like carrots and pumpkins.
It is a little bit on the weighty side of the spectrum, but we don’t mind that since it’s juicer; you are very unlikely to carry it around in your bag, right? however, for your information, it weighs 17.4 pounds and measures 14.5 x 6.5 x 15.5 inches in dimensions. And, here’s the list of attachments and accessories you get with the Omega NC900:
• a strainer
• a processing strainer
• a hopper
• a drum cap
• an auger
• an adjustment nozzle to get discard of the by-product (pulp) faster
• 4 nozzles for noodles
• a pulp collecting-container
• a juice collecting-container
• a brush for cleaning, and
• a food presser to force in the fruits and veggies.
First of all, the most important thing you have to know about the Omega NC900 is that is a masticating juicer. This means it grinds up its contents and passes them through the strainer, all while maintaining a very low speed. However, the Omega NC900 goes a step further and uses a dual mastication process to ensure optimum and highest level of purity and goodness.
Furthermore, the final output is far more nutritionally intact since the Omega NC900 works at 80 rpm (rotations per minute) which generates less heat. To add to this, this juicer also features 5 adjustable settings to squeeze out every last drop of your fruits and veggies.
Confusion between the NC900 and NC800
Finally, we have to clear out one very important issue. Our readers have been going berserk trying to find the differences between the NC800 (previous model to the NC900) and the NC900. And here’s the difference: NOTHING!
Yep. There is absolutely nothing that separates the NC800 and NC900 in terms of features and functions. They are pretty much identical to each other. However, the only thing you could say that separates them is that they come in different colors. NC800 comes in silver and NC900 in chrome.

The Omega NC900 is definitely a great juicer for the buck. It is powerful, effective, versatile and just overall, a great little juicer. On the other hand, it does come with its fair share of problems as well. Many customers complained of the plastic body disintegrating and breaking way too soon. Furthermore, we also had some complaint about the final output, the juice, coming out grainy and pulpy. Now, we were good with everything on this juicer but the last complaint it a deal-breaker for us since it’s failing to serve its very purpose. In other words, we do not recommend it. Look elsewhere.
